When you work with me you just hired a business cheerleader that can also take your vision and turn them into compelling words.! I am here to take your vision, purpose, and personality and put it into words that will genuinely compel your target audience to take action.
I don’t write icky copy that feels forced. I create copy that sounds like you because I take the time to talk to you about your business, ask you questions, and then do a deep dive into your brand and your target audience. The work on the back-end fuels the words that I create. Each word delivered to you is research-backed and tailored to your target audience so that they feel heard, and with confidence knowing that your service or product will make their life better.
The first step is to schedule an Intro Call. During this call we’ll get to know each other a bit more, I’ll ask some questions about your buisness and goals for the project, and you can ask me any questions you have!
Here we will establish the project timeline, determine the project investment, goals for the project, and fill out the project creative brief.
Second, I do a deep dive into your brand reviewing your brand voice, current engagement (website, email and social media), and determine your target audience.
Third, I take that research and the info we discussed during our call and begin my writing process that’s equal parts research and creativity.
Fourth, once the draft is complete I will share it with you via Google Docs. This is your time to review it, and give me any and all feedback that you have. If you have any edits, then I’ll make them and notify you via email that it’s ready for a second review.
Once you sign off, then it’s all yours!
*If you’ve chosen to have me input your copy into your website or email software, then I’ll complete that task. If not, then its all yours for the taking!
All of my projects are created in Google Docs. Once the draft is ready for review I give you access to the document where you will input any feedback that you have. Once you’ve signed off on the copy then I make you the Editor.

Yes, it is 100% yours!
I don’t limit the edits, but if we get through the first round of edits and you still have major edits then we will go back to the creative brief and determine whether or not the copy I’ve written meets those requirements. Two round of major revisions means that either I’ve not met the requirements we agreed upon during the Intro Call, or you’ve changed your mind. Either way, we will get it ironed out.
Note, this has only happened once. But, I want every client to have exactly what they’ve asked for.
One and Done projects are paid in full at the time of scheduling.
Projects are paid 50% at the time of scheduling and the remaining 50% will be invoiced two weeks after the project date ends or after the final copy is approved. Whichever comes first.
Retainers are invoiced in advance of the work, on the first of each month.
No! The services listed are the majority of the services that I complete, but I am open to new projects!
Other projects I have experience in, but aren’t listed include: social media content creation and manager, property listing descriptions, newsletters, and donor letters.
